新沂市公路港物流園立足東隴海經濟節點城市，項目用地18.2萬平方米，總建筑面積21萬平方米，一期計劃建成信息交易大廳、商貿物流區、倉儲配送區以及相關配套設施，二期規劃建設產業物流倉儲中心、冷鏈物流倉儲配送中心、物流場站、智能停車區和相關配套設施。

Xinyi Highway Port Logistics Park is based on the East Longhai Economic Node City, with a project site of 182,000 square meters, a total construction area of 210,000 square meters, a phase of which is planned to be built into an information and trading hall, trade and logistics area, warehousing and distribution area as well as the relevant ancillary facilities, and a second phase of which is planned to be built into an industrial logistics and warehousing center, a cold-chain logistics and warehousing and distribution center, a logistics yard and station, an intelligent parking area and the relevant ancillary facilities.
