項目位于江西省黎川縣東面，地塊南側為城市干道新城大道，西側為城市次干道經四路，北臨城市支路。景觀條件良好，整體地形較為平整，東南角高差較大，西高東低，南高北低，最大高差22米。校區用地自然生態條件良好，校園東側臨近城市區，地勢向東南南敞開，生態環境景觀豐富。結合現有地貌，望打造個性化的建筑風貌，設計融入現代穩重的元素以體現新材料與人工智能教學區的時代特征。我們的規劃目標為--自然、自律、智慧，營造自然生態的校園環境，打造自律自信的建筑空間，體現現代智慧為重點的科學理性精神。

The project is located in the east of Lichuan County, Jiangxi Province, with the urban arterial road Xincheng Avenue on the south side, the urban secondary arterial road Jingsi Road on the west side, and the urban branch road on the north. The landscape conditions are good, the overall topography is relatively flat, the southeast corner has a large height difference, the west is high and the east is low, the south is high and the north is low, and the maximum height difference is 22 meters. The campus has good natural ecological conditions, the east side of the campus is close to the urban area, the terrain is open to the southeast and south, and the ecological environment and landscape are rich. Combined with the existing landform, it is hoped to create a personalized architectural style, and the design incorporates modern and stable elements to reflect the characteristics of the times of new materials and artificial intelligence teaching area. Our planning goals are to create a natural and ecological campus environment, create a self-disciplined and confident architectural space, and embody the scientific and rational spirit with modern wisdom as the focus.
